A Joint Select Committee of the Senate and the House of Representatives has been appointed to consider and report on the Bill shortly entitled “The Protected Disclosures Act 2010”.

The Committee is willing to take into consideration the views of organizations and individuals and is therefore inviting written submissions on the Bill. The deadline for receipt of submissions is July 2, 2010.
